This is my favorite picture of Ninja and resembles the kind of pictures I want to capture. The goal is to capture Ninja as wolfy as I can and make people wonder if there is really no wolf in him.
Of course he will never look like a real wolf or a mid content wolfdog, but if I can capture him like this I am happy. Strong. Focussed. Regal.
It is very important to me to create authentic pictures. When You see Ninja without leash and collar, he does not wear any.
.
My postprocessing is limited to RAW-Conversion (RAW files are photos exactly as the camera captured them and they are meant to be processed) and I do not use Photoshop.
Currently I use @Lightroom, but want to learn to use @captureonepro as I think it is the more advanced solution.
.
I use an entry level camera a Sony a6000 and the SEL50F18 lens. 95% of my pictures are taken with this combo. I also love to use vintage lenses, e.g. this has been captured using a 45+ year old Minolta 135mm f2.8
This picture has been taken at the same time and same spot as the one yesterday… if you want to check the difference.
.
I want to encourage people to go out, take pictures and to spent time with their dogs.
.
The main focus on this feed are pictures. I know you love the videos and they will stay a part of this feed, too. I just do not want to stage them.
I think their magic is, that they are spontaneous and honest…
@fierce_photo Haha, you are too kind… I know some of them are not as „perfect and smooth“ as others… but that is fine 🙂
