I love astronomy and this felt like being on a different planet as if it had some bleak, dead surface of e.g. the moon.
We know that Ninja looks great in green, earthy tones, snow… Well nearly everywhere 😆
Initially I wanted to have Ninja jumps around to „defy gravity“ to further give the impression of a low gravity environment. Yeah I know it’s about 1% of people who might have noticed, but when I have ideas I want to make them possible.
But if You look closely at this rubble, it has really sharp edges and I did not want to Ninja to cut his paws for a photo. Sure sometimes I get him out of his comfort zone, as we did last weekend with the photobox where we were turning the tables and put Ninja into the arms of the photographer 😆.
Ninja was equally surprised, but after a short time he realized that everything is ok, enjoyed the moment and gave lots of kisses 😊
But there was no danger that he might have been really uncomfortable, or get hurt.
Sometimes it is weird how people put themselves or their animals in real danger just for a picture. Is it really worth it?
.
People often ask about the secret in my pictures. I pay attention to a lot of details and if I do grave mistakes I try to fix them or I simply do not upload the picture. Often pictures do not come out as I expect them, but they have something to it.
If you followed us for some time You will know that I love Ninja deeply ❤️ I think its the real secret. I want everyone to see Ninja through my eyes, the way I see him. I want you to ‚feel‘ the passion for this amazing animal… It does for sure not work for everyone, but judging from messages and comments I think it works quite well.
This is true for nearly everything I do… If I do not have passion for something then I cannot create the quality of content I provide here.
.
This does also count for the collaborations. I am looking for close cooperations with mutual respect and appreciation. To me this is actually worth more than the actual value we get out of a deal and we found such a partner.

This is another picture we took in the beautiful forest of the National Park Hunsrück Hochwald.
.
I had been looking for a spot with tall stems and moss on the floor and no other ground vegetation for so long.
In my eyes there is always such a mystical flair to these forests and I just love the smell and the soft ground that seems to swallow all noise.
.
This spot is close to the Beilfels. If you happen to know more spots like this let me know, I could stay there all day.
This area was especially beautiful as there were many rocks in the area and I love rocks, too… mossy rocks even more 😋
.
When I asked 2 weeks ago there were actually a few really beautiful locations that I already marked for future hikes on my Tour-App.
.
The past days were really busy for us. I slept 6 hours from Saturday to Monday and caught up with sleep today.
The dogs are still exhausted – in a good way, filled with new impressions and experiences – as well, but I know they had a great time.
Ninja is just dreaming as I write this and his paws move back and forth quickly. I wonder what he is dreaming… his paws are moving fast he is breathing quickly… he probably dreams about a run through the wilderness 😊
.
I will add this picture in a wide format as usually in our stories.

With this little scene of Ninja goofing around on the stage of @tony_petfluenceragency #tonybeachparty we want to say thanks to all former acquaintances again and to make new ones. We finally could put some faces to people we only knew online.
Being recognized by many, I felt a bit sorry that I did not know them all. I must have looked at thousands of your accounts but there are obviously many others I still have to visit.
Even though some people were terrified of Ninja ( it’s true! ) others were really open, curious and loved to interact or have their dogs interact with Ninja or Hadez I know some of You won’t forget this encounter anytime soon, e.g. @derhund_official 😆
.
Thank You very much to the afore mentioned as well as @joserapetfood @karkaliscommunications for making this event possible. With so many dogs (150+?) in such an areal it was really quiet and peaceful.
.
Ninja found some new friends and I was really positively surprised how well Hadez (@kaihu_und_hadez ) handled this day. You cannot compare a Wolfdog to a normal dog you need to set different standards. Until the winners of the awards were announced and many people gathered around us he was calm and curious. He then became a bit grumpy… We took him aside and he quickly calmed down again. A Wolfdog, this relaxed on an event with 150 dogs and 300 people? That was amazing.
.
Thank You for organizing this event, which positively surprised us in every way. Thank You for inviting us and making it possible.
My biggest thanks goes to Frank who joined me on this trip and is currently stranded in a train with cables burn. With his social skills and not least because he is a great friend it is his mental support that let me join this event. Thank You my friend. crossing my fingers for a safe return.
There is probably much more to say right now, but I am exhausted and happy.
Thank You to Ninja and Hadez that both made me proud today. Thank You everyone ❤️
.
Oh about the video, We took it after the presentation of the awards, but there were still dozens of dogs around. So Ninja was a bit distracted, which is perfectly ok with me. I shamefully made a video because You love it and the attention 🤪

Ninja on Moss ♥️
.
I was looking forward to join the beach party on Sunday the 22nd organized by @tony_petfluenceragency but was not certain I could make it. Fortunately I can now say that we – Ninja and me – will be at the event. We are excited 😊😊
Do You already know if you are going to join us? Let me know! We sure hope to meet some friends. Contact Tony to see if there is still room 😊
.
This picture has been taken close to Schwollen, where I was visiting my good friend HaJo. We stopped at picturesque spots around Schwollen. At first I took pictures but then even HaJo used his smartphone and enjoyed taking pictures of Ninja 😄
I was looking for a mossy spot because I love to frame Ninja in these saturated greens 💚🐺💚

If you followed our stories you may have noticed that we had been in a quarry close to Birkenfeld for the #audinines event, which was amazing to watch.
.
My good friend HaJo Böß did the catering for the event and while he discussed the event I took Ninja for a walk in the quarry, as I had never done pictures in a quarry, yet.
.
I did not expect the competitors to practice, but it was really amazing their jumps over the ramps and obstacles.
Even Ninja was curious and watched them train. I will post a wide screen version of this as a story as well as a short video clip of a jump I recorded where Ninja watched someone , the last jump on Tuesday.

On our first day of last week’s trip we went to the „Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald“ to the Erbeskopf.
I was looking for a dense forest, with needles or moss on the ground so that sunlight would breach only at a few spots and wanted to put Ninja in such a spot. I wanted him to be shine as if hit by a searchlight at night.
.
Sadly the sky was all covered by clouds and while driving I wondered if I was able to get such a picture at all…
.
Once I arrived I found a whole lot of trees missing. The spot in the forest was gone…
We had 2 really warm summer. The lack of water weakened the trees and they were unable to fight of bark beetles. In order to diminish the danger from this plague, they had to remove the trees to regrow the forest. While I was initially sad I could understand the problem… As I moved on I found a similar spot. Just as I arrived, the sky cleared enough for a few Rey’s of light to breach the forest… As I put Ninja to the spot it was gone again and it took another 20 min for this spot to light up 😊
.
I kept Ninja busy searching for sausage and he willingly posed for me ♥️
.
This was the story behind this picture.

Last week I covered our Germany trip. I had many plans to visit friends, places and take a lot of pictures.
I have not seen them in a while and was looking forward to meet them again.
I even changed plans to visit fewer places and to spend more time with my friends as I my presence seemed to be enjoyable… or Ninja’s 😆😆
.
This picture was taken as the sun had risen in Schwollen. I made a little live video on the meadows above the village.
When the sun was powerful enough to breach through the trees and light up patches of the road.
So I let Ninja move towards me along the road until he crossed one of those beams with his face. Fortunately he has a great sneaking posture that I had not posted in a while 😊😊
Ninja was in a good mood as I brought some sausage to keep him motivated.
Later on we moved into the woods to make some pictures there.
.
Anyway, I wish You a happy Sunday 😊 😊

Soon we will arrive in Frankfurt and take some pictures at the lakes with the lovely @jasminjanice
I was always curious how I would fare with a model. I’ll have to go out of my comfort zone and actually talk about what and how I want the picture to look… It usually does not work out exactly, but as I did not announce it in advance Boone really knows and is satisfied with the pictures they see. So hopefully I will.be able to direct Jasmin with clear communication and get results worth posting 😊
I feel excited but put myself under pressure. I do not mind – usually – if I do not get ‚worthy‘ pictures on a day… I just do not want to waste someone else’s time as well.
.
So, wish us luck 😊 Wish You all a great Friday and happy weekend.

I wanted to go to the Morgenbachtal today, but already when I woke up I already ...

I wanted to go to the Morgenbachtal today, but already when I woke up I already heard the relaxing noise of pouring rain.
.
The Morgenbachtal is a little Valley close to Bingen. ages ago it had been used to transport wares from the Rhein up hills of the Hunsrück, a lower mountain region. The path has been been into the rocks and a little creek, trying to find a way through the fallen rocks and trees, is flowing next to the badly maintained path. Huge section missing and got destroyed from boulders dropping on and through the floor. The last time I was there we did not take proper time to take pictures and I always wanted to return one day.
.
I always feel pressured when another person is with me and instantly wonder how I would feel if I had no interest in pictures and I would feel bored… While I don’t mind, I would probably start to look at the rocks and enjoy the moment and suck this moment into memory so I can relive it as I choose.
But some people don’t care for the beauty all around us. It is ok, we are all different… But these thoughts rush through my mind and I try to make the stop for pictures as short as possible.
At home I end up disappointed when I see that I do not have the capture I want… For that reason I always wanted to get back to the Morgenbachtal, the handing bridge and the view from above into the valley… I will do that tomorrow…
.
It is still not beautiful outside, at least the rain stopped and in 90 minutes we are supposed to see the sun come through. This might look beautiful, observed from an elevation… The sun brights up the valley from the side and sometimes. I doubt this will happen tonight but I could be lucky and at least scout the location for a best spot. Then I can retry later this week.
.
This picture of Jasmin @jasminjanice has been taken on a workshop, 2 or 3 years ago… It was raining hard… I was there as a handler for Ninja and shot this picture out of my hips. I have so much respect for her as she laid on the dirty ground in the rain and still displays comfort. That is the kind of picture I would like to practice, just need a willing model… where both take the time it needs for a moment to remember.
