Tamaskane zu Besuch
Auf der Suche nach einem Nachfolger für Akiak habe ich mich auch für die Tamaskane interessiert. Tamaskane, in der Kurzfassung, sind wölfisch aussehende Hunde die als Familienhund geeignet sein sollen. Also genau das was ich gesucht habe.
Nun hatte ich die Gelegenheit diese wunderbaren Tiere selbst kennenzulernen.

Siberian Husky obedience (more or less)
Husky does not want to leave the sheep!
Today a laod of sheep was unloaded on the meadows behind the house. Ninja was very interested (there is a previous video), and we visited them earlier. This video was taken moving away from the sheep.
Don’t judge this wrong, he usually is a very obedient dog but today he really did not want to leave the sheep. Was so hilarious.

Ninja and the Sheep!
About twice a year we get some sheep in out forest and thus it is not the first time we meet them, but I was curious how he’d react to them now … especially since we might have them here the next 2 weeks … to leash or not … can we use them for super motivation bike training? 😀

Husky exercises stay (195 m)
Ninja is 200m away, starts to run at 8:03 up to 22:03 = 15 seconds = 48 km/h … and this wasn’t even full speed 🙂
