Sometimes we meet Astrid and her German Shepherds. The Shepherd Tera offers to play with Ninja, but he isn’t quite convinced 😀
First ride this season
We had our first run today. I was really surprised how well Ninja ran. Usually he runs slowly ad can’t be arsed to be fast. But today he had a real good run. He started of slow, but after 400m he ran for a good 1,2km befor eI had to slow him down a bit. He gained speed and ran another km and lost his breath just before we returned 😀

Husky Gehorsam // Obedience
Finishing our morning packwalk we pass this playground. Often I let Ninja run and we train some commandos. That is how it looks like. 4:30 of goofing around, having fun without dog treats 🙂

Husky Ninja exercises long distance „Stay!“
We have been visiting a friend in a picturesque hillside area and I thought it would be great to see how „far“ stay works 🙂 These are 300m (984 ft) 🙂
He isnt very fast, but a good 48km/h 30 mph

Huskys and Obedience
I am always hearing that Huskies can’t obbey, but maybe you just don’t have the right motivation. Find what your dog enjoys and use it as reward. 5 min a day training is an awful lot time over the course of a year. But your persistence will pay off in a strong bond between you and your dog and he will enjoy being with you!

Ninja and Horses Oct 2014
Horses. Ninas only flaw. I can recall him from wildlife, he listens, is a good boy at home… He was pretty excited whenever we met a horse.
The trainer told me I’d have to have ninja wear a backpack for the rest of his life. I refused. I knew there was a better way. For the ordinary person this video isn’t interesting, but with Ninjas history in mind it is just amazing how he has changed due to my persistent, patient training.
At the start he doesn’t even bother following the horses towards the trail. It is me who encourages him to check it out. Also later when we are following the black horse, he prefers to sniff around. This is just amazing and makes me super happy.

Ninja, Fine and Selva
Ninja and Fine always play „rough“. No worries it just looks rough. As soon as he dares to stop she comes and wants more 🙂 If he goes too far Fine complains by snapping at Ninja,
