Wow… the last couple of days have been busy… the Ninja & Leotie Video has been picked up by a few Networks.

Just a couple of infos. Ninja is a pure bred Siberian Husky… he has a sprint type body, is rather tall and most people are distracted by his wolf grey fur.
He has a lot of Polar Speed ( working line husky kennel ) in his pedigree, which is the same line that was used to create the Tamaskan breed. .
Since all the writing, negotiating and cleaning after the little fox took its toll on our time with the dogs we took a really long hike through the #lennebergwald today.

This turned out to be a fantastic decision. In the early morning it started to snow. Ninja loves snow, can you tell?

When I first started following you on Instagram I didn’t look at your bio, so I thought that you were saying that ninja was a wolf. And self-consciously I was saying „he looks more like a husky then s wolf.“ eventually I did look at your page and saw that he is a husky.

@hosanna_mallory I always chuckle when I am hiking with wolfdog owners on how much easier he is to handle… previously I thought, having a husky (more than 20 years now) is like having a wolfdog… oh how wrong I was…

@discoverdarwin I heard a story of a colleague and fell in love… but having one I ran into the same issues as everyone else… you either keep on doing it, the husky is in charge, you abandon him or you man up and adapt your life to his needs… That was 21 years ago…
@hosanna_mallory I’ve never seen a real wolf dog so I don’t know how different the personalities would be. However I have heard they are more stubborn then other dogs…
@hosanna_mallory It is not only that… fear being alone, aggression towards same gender, no offleash… with more content there is stuff like Winter Wolf Syndrome, and you need to change plans if he has a bad day… some people do not mind… and can adapt their lives to suit these animals… most of us can’t…
